Cancellation Policy
Reschedule & Cancellation Policy:
I value my time with you, and I understand that schedules change and emergencies happen. I require a reschedule or cancellation notice at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel/ reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment, you will NOT be charged. If you cancel after the 12-hour window you will be charged 50% of your appointment.
No-Show Policy:
If you simply do not show up to your appointment with NO notice, 100% of your appointment will be charged. With little or no notice, there will not be enough time to potentially fill the scheduled time frame that was held for you. I just ask that you communicate with me and respect my time.
